I've refrained from labelling the examples good, bad or ugly. Leaving that up to you the viewer to decide. Frames can be quite useful, and a great design tool if used properly. But, like a lot of things on the net it can be used and abused. I guess that's one of the things that makes the net such a 'unique' place.
When you click on the link below you should be taken to the first example site. There will be a small frame on the bottom of your screen that will guide you through the examples and take you back to this resource, of course unless you get surfed away.
