	http://www.wdiv.com/newsbeat.html is one of those standard frames as ToC pages ... but, you should definitely show this kind of thing to a client, no matter where from. That's one of the most popular, and in my view most useful, things to do with frames - a ToC in one frame, bringing up documents in another.
